Connecting to your inner and outer guidance systems requires seeing yourself in all of your beauty.  It also requires you to let go of the stories that you have told yourself for many years that keep you stuck.

Spend 5-10 minutes in a quiet place with your eyes closed. Imagine seeing yourself as the person above would see you.
